Dr. Garro is a specialist physician affiliated with several HMO's and PPO's as well as Medicare and the Blues in this Metropolitan area. If your insurance coverage is through an insurance carrier that Dr. Garro participates with, we will bill your insurance directly and request payment from your deductible and co-insurance at the time of service. If your insurance is through a HMO you must provide our office with a referral from your Primary Care Physician at the time of service.

Fees charged in this office are comparable, in general, to those charged by other board certified ear, nose and throat-head and neck specialists in this metropolitan area
 

Payment for all office services is requested at the time the services are rendered. You will be furnished with an itemized statement which may be submitted to your insurance company. Please retain a copy of this statement for your records
